With over 18 years of solid specifications, Charles now emerges in the lighting industry as Principal of ACV Lighting Consultants. He brings his expertise in photometry along with a wealth of knowledge from his work in the commercial, industrial, municipality and utility sectors.
Charles has traveled the world and is responsible for some of the largest LED conversions on the west coast including the City of Los Angeles and recently the conversion of the City of Portland’s decorative street lighting.

Charles Valdepena has over 20 years’ experience in the lighting business. And of those 20, 15 have been in the Street Lighting Sector. Charles now. Is the Founder and President of ACV Lighting Consultants were we strive to provide expertise, service, and support to the Municipality, Public Power, and Utility markets.
He brings his expertise in photometry along with a wealth of knowledge from his work in the commercial, industrial, municipality and utility sectors. Charles has traveled the world and is responsible for some of the largest LED conversions on the west coast including the City of Los Angeles and recently the conversion of the City of Portland’s decorative street lighting.
He is a member of IESNA (Illumination Engineering Society of North America), an organization whose objective is to communicate information on all aspects of good lighting practice to its members, to the lighting community, and to consumers through a variety of programs, publications, and services.

CANDACE LEOS
With over 26 years of combined corporate and non-profit experience, Candace joins ACV Lighting Consultants as the Communications and Operations Manager. She brings with her a strong background in project management, graphic design, print and digital marketing, social media management and website design and maintenance.
In addition to handling the above-mentioned items for ACV, she also handles accounting and billing questions.
